- Catholic University of Campobasso – Italy (Molise) : Comparative effectiveness of two types of public awareness campaigns to promote greater consumption of vegetables among young people aged 15 to 19 years. This study involves 800 young people in two schools in the Molise region.
- Association Environnement et Solidarité – France (62) : The "Jardins en herbe" project targets children in troubled neighbourhoods in the city of Calais, as well as adults experiencing socio-professional difficulties. - Worldwide Cancer Research Fund – France (13) : This project, called "Eat up, it's good for you", will help about 100 people over the age of 50. The concept is to expose them to two public awareness initiatives to promote healthier food and to measure their "comparative effectiveness".
- Hospital Group at the Institut Catholique of Lille – France (59) : This is a two-phase project. First, 15 hours of theoretical training about balanced diets are given to deaf practitioners of French sign language (FSL). Then these same professionals conduct culinary workshops directly with 8 to 10 participants in FSL in specialised learning establishments and within the "Sourds et Santé" network.
- Les échappées – France (93) : "Featherweight Champion" is a travelling set of workshops and interactive exhibitions in schools throughout the greater Paris region. In particular, it organises workshops about balanced diets and developing one's palate. It targets children and their parents, or approximately 5,000 persons.
- Community of towns in Flandre Lys – France (62-59) : The “A vegetable garden in our schools” project is designed to raise children’s awareness about vegetable growing as part of the EPODE project.
- National Centre for Scientific Research – Southern India (Tamil Nadu) France (93) : This scientific project aims to show how the regular consumption of vegetables can influence bodyweight by studying the food habits of Indian children aged 0 to 6 years and children of Indian descent (Tamil) living in France. Vegetables are, in fact, the most important part of Indian children's diet and could be one of the keys to explaining their bodyweight.
