A delicious cocktail with nutritional benefits for everyone, young and old. Very refreshing.
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 3 to 4 tomatoes depending on size
- 1 to 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 glasses semi-skimmed milk
- Crushed ice
- Press the tomatoes through a sieve to remove the skin and seeds
- Add the milk and sugar and stir well. Whisk.
- Add the crushed ice and mix.
- Serve immediately.
