A seasoning for vegetables that contains two to three times less fat than the usual butter, mayonnaise or oil.
Ingredients (serves 6):
- 25 cl single cream
- 2 tsp horseradish
- Whip the crème fraîche and incorporate the horseradish powder at the end, sprinkling it in gradually.
- The ideal accompaniment for crudités, cooked vegetables cut into sticks, cold fish dishes (salmon, smoked fish, etc.) or prawns.
