Watercress sauce

This sauce is perfect with white meat, fish, cold meat… It is very quick and easy to prepare. Prepare the sauce in advance and freeze it in an ice-cube tray: you can then defrost the needed quantity.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 bunch of watercress
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream 15% fat
  • Salt, pepper


  • Wash and chop the watercress.
  • Fry it for a few minutes in an anti-adhesive pan.
  • Incorporate the cream and lemon juice in low heat.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Mix everything.
