This sauce is perfect with white meat, fish, cold meat… It is very quick and easy to prepare. Prepare the sauce in advance and freeze it in an ice-cube tray: you can then defrost the needed quantity.
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 1 bunch of watercress
- ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream 15% fat
- Salt, pepper
- Wash and chop the watercress.
- Fry it for a few minutes in an anti-adhesive pan.
- Incorporate the cream and lemon juice in low heat.
- Salt and pepper.
- Mix everything.
