Winter 2007-2008 call for proposals

A successful start!

For its first call for projects, the Louis Bonduelle foundation received applications coming from associations, from schools, from structures of catering...

The 12 selected files concern children, long-term projects with self-financing capacity and projects having a specific target (handicap for example). The amount of the financial participation of the Foundation Louis Bonduelle to these projects goes from 1000 to 4000 euro, according to the nature and the scale of the project.

Random tip

The acidic flavour of sorrel comes from the oxalic acid in the leaves. Round-leaf sorrel has a slightly lemony taste that goes perfectly with fish, soups, white sauces, creams, eggs, poultry and white meats as well as goat’s cheese.
