Summer is the vegetables' season! Feel free to eat nice vegetables; you'll find plenty of them on market places, for pleasure and taste. Try salads, green beans, cold or hot, mix of courgettes, eggplants and tomatoes... Find our recipes there.

Tip

”5 a day” does not mean having to eat 5 apples a day. But there are plenty of good opportunities for including vegetables in your diet: Starters, snacks, festive times with friends with crudités served with flavoursome dips, soups, combinations of fruits and vegetables (carrot salad with orange, white cabbage and apple salad, avocado salad with strawberries, and more, etc.), not forgetting vegetable-based drinks (stock made with vegetable peelings, fresh fruit juices) and gazpacho.
