Random tip

Chestnuts are a starchy food that contains no gluten. Mashed, they can be safely given to young children.

Tip

To avoid unpleasant smells from cooking Brussels sprouts, add a crust of dry bread to the basket of your pressure-cooker. Don’t leave Brussels sprouts to cook for too long: they are fragile and can fall apart easily.
