Advice on growing cauliflowers in a vegetable garden
A vegetable typical of maritime climates, it needs well-drained, silty or clay soils, high in organic matter and calcium. It is mainly grown in Brittany, almost all year round, and in north-west France in two seasons, summer and autumn. Look for good quality florets in terms of firmness, whiteness and taste.
