Advice on growing spinach in a vegetable garden

A short growing cycle (50 to 60 days) with sowings on well-drained, silty soils.

Too much water causes the leaves to turn yellow, whilst a lack of water restricts growth and has a negative effect on quality.

Sown from March to July. Harvested from May to October.
