Chinese-style cabbage

Ingredient
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 2 white onions
- 4 eggs
- soy sauce
- 1 table spoon soy or sesame oil
Recipe
- Preparation : wash and shred the Chinese cabbage. Chop the onions and cook them in a spoon full of oil in a wok. Add the cabbage and stir. Add pepper and if necessary a glass of water, add soy sauce for salt. Cover and cook over high heat for 5 min. In a bowl, beat the eggs as if to prepare an omelette and pour them into the wok, still on high heat, so that the egg sticks to the cabbage. Cook for 2 min. then take the wok straight to the table and serve with soy sauce.
