Recipe

  • Preparation: wash and peel the yam. Cut it in pieces and splash with lemon juice to prevent it from browning. Cook in a pot with slightly salted water for 20 min. Drain and server hot.

Tip

Eat it like a potato: yams are yummy simply cooked and served with a dab of batter.
