Ingredient

  • 100g of onions
  • 200g of Russian gherkins
  • 200g black olives
  • salt, pepper, oil, vinegar

Recipe

  • Preparation: cook the unpeeled onions in the oven at 180°C (Th7) for 1h. Leave to cool, then peel and cut in 4. Arrange the onion quarters in a decorative way in a plate, together with the gherkins sliced in thin strips. Add the olives and sprinkle with vinaigrette.

Tip

A few cherry tomatoes will add a touch of colour.
