Ingredient

  • For 4 servings: 1 quantity of bread dough (ask your baker) or make the dough yourself by mixing 500 g flour, 20 g baker’s yeast dissolved in a bowl of warm water and 5 g salt: make a soft dough and leave to rise for 2 hours. 1 small tin skinned chopped tomatoes, 1 small tin chopped button mushrooms and 1 small tin artichoke hearts, or a large tin of ratatouille, depending on the children’s tastes 180 g mozzarella Salt and oregano

Recipe

  • >Spread the bread dough out by hand on an oiled, floured baking sheet.
  • Heat the oven to gas mark 9/10 (280°).
  • Arrange the vegetables on the dough: chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, chopped artichoke hearts or ready-made ratatouille. Cut the mozzarella into slices and lay over the vegetables.
  • Sprinkle with oregano and bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

Tip

Choose the vegetables the children like best; if necessary, divide the pizza into sections and add different vegetables to each section to suit everyone’s tastes.
