Ingredient

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 200 ml milk
  • 5 g salted butter
  • nutmeg, salt

Recipe

  • Preparation: Peel and chop the sweet potatoes and cook them in a pan for 20 minutes. Once cooked, mash the potatoes with some of the cooking liquid and warm milk. Season with salt, then add the butter and stir. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve piping hot.

Tip

You can replace the milk with cream for a smoother, more decadent mash.
