Ingredient

  • 200 g celeriac
  • 20 cl sour cream 15% fat
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper 

Recipe

Peel and cut celeriac in pieces.
Put it in a pan with salted water. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain and mix celeriac. Add cream, salt, pepper and lemon juice.  

 

Tip

These sauces will be perfect with white meat, fish, cold meat… They are very quick and easy to prepare.
