Vegetable express

A mixture of vegetables helps you to make the most of the complementary benefits of carrots (provitamin A), peppers (vitamin C), green beans, courgettes (vitamin B9) and fibre. Just add a few spices for a proper slow-cooked vegetable dish in only 10 minutes.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • One bag of mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Place all the ingredients: frozen vegetables, salt, curry powder and fresh cream in the bottom of a pressure cooker.
  • Place over a high heat and time 10 minutes from when it starts to whistle. Mix well and serve hot.

Use chilli powder for people who like things spiced up a little or coconut for a touch of sweetness with these very exotic vegetables!
