A traditional, savoury recipe to share with friends or family. A recipe full of fibres that help the digestion and full of vitamins to contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 2 large cans of lentils
- 200g of smoked bacon
- Rapeseed oil
- Fry the smoked bacon.
- In a salad bowl mix the oil, the mustard, vinegar and pepper.
- Mix the lentils with the sauce
- Add the smoked bacon to the mixture and stir.
Add some aromatic herbs such as parsley, chives that will bring a touch of freshness. A recipe costing less than 5 Euro and accessible to all.
