An easy and balanced meal, ideal for outdoor dining that will tantalize the taste buds of both adults and children.
Ingredients (serves 3):
- 6 slices of bread
- Some cooked chicken breast pieces
- 8 slices of bacon
- 8 slices of cucumber
- 8 slices of tomato
- A few lettuce leaves
- On a slice of bread spread some cream cheese; add four slices of bacon and two or three salad leaves.
- Place another slice of bread and add the chicken, four slices of tomatoes and four fairly thick slices of cucumber that you would have previously sliced.
- Add the last slice of bread. Cut the sandwich diagonally.
Toast some bread before assembling the various ingredients to facilitate the conservation when transporting sandwiches. A recipe costing less than 10 euros and accessible all.
