A great way for bringing vegetables during the aperitif. A recipe full of vitamin A that will help maintain vision and normal skin.
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 4 milk rolls
- 1 bag of frozen fried vegetables (carrot, mushroom and green beans)
- Grated Gruyère cheese
- Salt and pepper
- With a little oil, sauté the just defrosted vegetables in a frying pan, remembering to season.
- Cut rolls in half. Fill with the vegetables.
- Close the rolls sprinkle the grated cheese and place in the oven.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
Add some aromatic herbs: chives, parsley, tarragon, chervil… A recipe costing less than 5 Euro and accessible to all.
