An easy recipe, ideal for evenings with friends. Vitamins will be part of the party and contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system.
Ingredients (serves 4):
- Peel the zucchini and dice. Cut the pepper in half, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.
- Sauté in a frying pan with a little oil for 5 to 6 minutes.
- On each slice of bread, spread some cheese and add the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper, and here you go!
