Zucchini and peppers toasts

An easy recipe, ideal for evenings with friends. Vitamins will be part of the party and contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 4 slice of sandwich bread
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 zucchini (courgette)
  • Fresh cheese
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil


  • Peel the zucchini and dice. Cut the pepper in half, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.
  • Sauté in a frying pan with a little oil for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • On each slice of bread, spread some cheese and add the vegetables.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and here you go!

Other vegetables also go nicely with this recipe: carrot, tomato, radish, celery… A recipe costing less than 5 Euro and accessible to all.
