A full house at the French National Horticultural Society
It is during the first few years of life that lifestyle patterns are established, including diet, eating habits and levels of physical activity or inactivity. Many people came to share scientific knowledge and best practices on this essential subject at the second annual conference of the Louis Bonduelle Foundation.
Participants also witnessed the 2009 Louis Bonduelle Research Prize being given: The winner was Géraldine Comoretto (Versailles St. Quentin University in Yvelines) whose work deals with the role of the family, school and the media in the process of adapting children to social situations revolving around food.
