Vegetable garden: growing rocket

Seedlings in place are broadcasted or in rows, take place between March and September. A cool and humid soil is essential for healthy plant growth. Leave harvest takes place between a month and a month and a half after planting. Harvest the young leaves as they have far more taste.

When growing rocket may be attacked by pests such as: flea beetle, slugs and snails that deteriorate the leaves, leaving holes on the leaves. Subsequently these insects cause a slower growth of the plant, which can even lead to the death of the latter. Rocket is a vegetable but also a leaf.
