Sorrel cream

Prepare the sauce in advance and freeze it in ice cubes: then you can unfreeze only the quantity you need.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 dozen sorrel leaves
  • 15 cl sour cream 15% fat
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions:

  • Wash sorrel.
  • Bake it in a frying pan for 5 minutes with a little water.
  • Add sour cream. Mix everything. Salt and pepper.

This sauce will be perfect with white meat, fish, cold meat… It is very quick and easy to prepare.
