An unconventional dish for those who are looking for vegetables with a distinctive taste.
Ingredients (serves 6):
- Cook the unpeeled onions in the oven at 180°C (Th7) for 1h.
- Leave to cool, then peel and cut in 4.
- Arrange the onion quarters in a decorative way in a plate, together with the gherkins sliced in thin strips.
- Add the olives and sprinkle with vinaigrette.
A few cherry tomatoes will add a touch of colour.
