Haitian tomato juice

A delicious cocktail with nutritional benefits for everyone, young and old. Very refreshing.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 3 to 4 tomatoes depending on size
  • 1 to 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 glasses semi-skimmed milk
  • Crushed ice


  • Press the tomatoes through a sieve to remove the skin and seeds
  • Add the milk and sugar and stir well. Whisk.
  • Add the crushed ice and mix.
  • Serve immediately.
