Eggs and spinach

An ideal dish for dinner, which brings the 3 essential vitamins that contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. 

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 4 eggs
  • 200g of chopped spinach (in bags)
  • 4 tbsp. of fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • Place the spinach in the bottom of the ramekins and add in each of them a spoon of fresh cream.
  • Crack one egg per ramekin.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Add some fine strips of Comté or grated Gruyère to bring some crispiness to the dish. A recipe costing less than 5 euros and accessible to all.
