Where Are Antioxidants Found?

Antioxidants: Little Soldiers

In order to get the benefits from all of these families, including vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, and polyphenols, it is useful to eat a variety of sources of these compounds, including vegetables as well as fruits and cereals. With so much information available, we would like to review current scientific knowledge about it.
