Tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise sandwich

An ideal recipe for an outdoor diner. Simple and quick to make, it will satisfy the taste buds of everyone. This sandwich contains minerals (magnesium and potassium) that help contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • ½ can of corn
  • ½ can of tuna
  • 1 baguette
  • Low fat mayonnaise
  • Grated cheese


  • Cut a piece of baguette no too long and cut it lengthwise.
  • In a bowl, mix the corn (previously drained) with the mayonnaise and add the tuna. Spread the filling on the baguette.

Add some tomatoes and a few leaves of salad to bring lightness and freshness to this sandwich.  A recipe costing less than 5 euros and accessible to all.
